What are credits?

Credits are used in Artifact to create AI-generated artwork. Each AI artwork costs 750 credits. You get 2 AI revisions per AI order (changes to your generated design); each additional AI revision costs 300 credits. You buy credit packs in the app (Shop) and use them to generate designs and pay for extra AI revisions.

How do I buy credits?

Open Artifact and go to the Shop (Credits Shop).
Choose a credit pack (e.g. Starter Pack, Basic Pack).
Complete the purchase with In-App Purchase (Apple/Google). Your credits are added to your account right away.

Credits are purchased via the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Taxes are handled by the store.

What about human-made artwork?

Human-made artwork costs $99 CAD per piece and is ordered separately (not with credits). These are designs created by artists. After your order is delivered, you can request revisions (changes). Your order includes a set number of free revisions; each additional revision for a human-made order costs $25 CAD and can be purchased in-app.

How do revisions work?

When your human-made order is delivered, you can request revisions (e.g. small tweaks or a new direction).
Your order includes included revisions (e.g. 1). Once you've used those, you can purchase additional revisions in-app for $25 CAD each.
Request a revision from the order screen, add your feedback, and the artist will work on the update.

How do I get help?
